Since its establishment in 2013 and the start of production at the end of 2015, ZACROS TAIWAN has gradually laid the foundation for growth and development.

In order to realize our role as a contributing member of society, we have adopted higher ethical standards and conducted our business activities in a fair and transparent manner. “Honest management”, “sustainable growth” and “sustainable development” are our commitments to all stakeholders.

In terms of workplace friendliness, we clearly understand that our employees are the “Property” of the company, and that they are an important foundation for the company’s sustainable operation.

Therefore, since the commencement of operation, we have been continuously upgrading the soft aspects of the environment, gradually enriching the welfare content, organizing different levels of training activities, and establishing channels to care for the physical and mental health of our employees, in order to proactively build up a “safe”, “healthy”, and “trustworthy” working environment.

In terms of environmental sustainability, we are committed to reducing the hazards that may be generated in the manufacturing process, promoting and introducing a number of energy-saving activities, and through the collaboration of “environment,” “logistics,” “energy conservation,” and “safety and hygiene,” we are pursuing the construction of an environmentally sound structure while pursuing profits.

In the future, Sanosi Taiwan will continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of its production activities, and will continue to strive for excellence in products and facilities with low energy consumption and low environmental burdens.

ZACROS TAIWAN has established the “Senior Employees Recognition Management Measures” to recognize the contribution of employees to the Company by granting medals, bonuses, and paid leave to senior employees who have held positions for every 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 years.

ZACROS TAIWAN takes the health and well-being of employees as its primary concern, and is committed to providing comprehensive “Healthy Life Balance Measures”. From time to time, ZACROS TAIWAN organizes extensive and diverse health seminars, and invites professional doctors and nurses to its plants to offer professional services so as to ensure that its employees are provided with the best medical and health guidance.

In addition, the Company also provides a wide variety of sports activities and spiritual seminars, aiming to enable employees to relax their body and mind after work for balance and tranquility, so as to ensure that every employee can maintain health, vitality, and happiness in the workplace.
